Everyone loves holiday shopping and the Sunshine Coast's Noosa Heads is a veritable bonanza. Hastings Street is the centre of it all, where even the most indifferent shopper will find something to intrigue. But Noosa shopping is also happening around the town and in the surrounding areas.

Noosa shops include exclusive fashion, beach and swim wear, one-off boutiques, homewares and gifts, and a plethora of specialty stores. Art and crafts have a strong presence in Noosa shops and you will find many boutique galleries and shops selling local paintings, sculpture, jewellery, and crafts.

Over the hill, Noosa Junction offers supermarkets and other food and liquor stores, a great range of specialty stores, and a cinema complex. This is the place to go to stock up your self contained apartment, shop for gourmet goodies for a deluxe picnic or chill out at the movies. There are also smaller supermarkets and grocery stores located around the Noosa area.

If you get a hankering for shopping big-smoke style, head about 30 minutes south to Maroochydore's Sunshine Plaza. This is Sunshine Coast shopping, city style with 5 major department stores, over 200 specialty stores, loads of casual dining options and a cinema complex.

Only 20km away, the famous Eumundi Markets are an amazing shopping experience. The Markets showcase the region's best locally handmade art, crafts, gifts, souvenirs, food, produce, and lots of entertainment. Set in the historic town of Eumundi, thousands flock to the markets every Saturday and Wednesday, transforming the sleepy town into a vibrant bazaar.
